The staff takes wonderful care of our pets and especially our dog when she is boarding. We are grateful for such an amazing place and staff.

My experience was fine until I found out I couldn't pay in installments. I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income and I believe I should have been able to make payments in 3 monthly installments.

Shadow the patient was so stressed I'm not sure if he'll ever get into his carrier again. Next time you see us he might not be in the carrier we might have to carry him in our arms.

I boarded my dog, Sabre, at Countryside. I could no have been more happy with the way Sabre was treated. The only downside was that I am not sure he wanted to leave there.

I think it's strange you take the dog in another room to draw blood . I didn't care for that . I won't be back I really don't trust anything you said or did .

Dr. Brooks was very thorough in describing Frankie's medical situation to us, and explaining our options for treatment. Unlike other veterinarians I've seen elsewhere, Dr. Brooks likes people as much as she likes animals and her genuine concern for our pets is evident every time she see them. Also, the staff is excellent. I'd particularly like to mention Sasha at the front desk. She's friendly, competent and always remembers my name.

The technician and doctor answered all my questions, explained the X-ray and the treatment.

Very happy with Countryside. My dog is always comfortable and happy and healthy. She had a few days in boarding and the report card was a great way to know that she was being cared for.
