Grooming pick up at 5 pm on St. Patrick's Day was beyond disappointing. Waited patiently upon arrival back from the desk while another customer was being helped by two people and a third associate was on the phone. 3 minutes go by and I have yet to be acknowledged by any of the three associates. I walk up to the counter, wallet in hand and am still not acknowledged. Another 2 minutes go by until one of the three finally asks if I need help. I remained polite throughout but their behavior was incomprehensibly rude. I imagine that the staff would have behaved differently had a manager been present. I've generally had very good experiences but wow, this one was a miss. I only hope it's not a sign of the operation going downhill.
Thank you for your feedback. I have followed up with my team regarding Friday night and understand that multiple people were rectifying an issue with another client. While we try to greet everyone that comes into the building promptly we do have peak times within the hospital that make that challenging.
