Today was my first visit to County Line Auto Service, and I am very happy with the outcome. The AC in my truck wasn't working well. My regular dentist who I had been a patient for over 10 years recently retired and sold the business to another dentist Dr. Jeon. I had my routine dental checkup and needed an old filling replaced on my right side. It was a pleasant visit but afterwards noticed my bite was off. I went back and explained this. My whole left side bottom teeth are pushing on my top teeth. Dr Jeon's suggestion was to grind my left side teeth instead of looking at the new filling. She did agree that the new filling was probably not as high as the last one. She did grind a bit on my left side teeth but this did not help. I did not want her grinding more on good teeth so I requested she stop. She did and said to come back if my bite was still off. When I went to check out I was billed over $100 dollars. I was socked and explained that I did not feel that I (or my insurance) should pay for her to correct her work. They did "write off" this bill but told me if I came back I would have to pay. Their explanation was they worked on my left side and the prior filling was on the right side! I refuse to pay to have her fix her own work. I am now looking for another dentist.
