The day before a 400 mile trip the alternator on my 1999 Suburban needed replacement and also the battery.It was a Friday afternoon when I called about the undiagnosed problem. I was told I could bring it right in. To make a short story shorter, I was in and out in less than an hour with courteous, prompt, friendly service when the "main man" Jeff was on vacation. The expertise and work of the men was exceptional. While this type of service is exceptional, it is what I've come to expect from County Line Motors and its people, now having gone there for several years. If I had to name a complaint, I honestly couldn't come up with one. They go the extra mile, are most accommodating to any needs, are prompt, honest, courteous, etc. With another car, I was expecting a bill of over $1000 for AC repairs; they could have charged me that amount and I'd have been happy not knowing the difference. Rather, the bill was approximately $300 and everything was done properly. Thank you for all you've done to help us out!
