Very upscale, too rich for my community, BUT if it is the one self care treat you need, as it is for me, it’s fantastic to find a stylist who works with you and for you, and is just an easy fun guy to hang with for an hour while creating beauty on my head!

I'm a longtime customer of Coupe Rokei for a good reason--they consistently do excellent work. I go to Odie for color and Keith for my haircut, and I always leave satisfied. All the people who work here are friendly and welcoming. The salon has recently made efforts to make their processes more eco-friendly, which helps relieve some of my concerns about the impact of these various chemicals on the environment. I like that the salon continues to evolve, even as they keep their loyal customers happy.

Always a Marvelous enlightening experience! All of the people have smiles and brighten your day you really feel like a beauty leaving Coupe Time I. Rory and Keith the owners have done a marvelous job I've been coming there for years even long distance from Arizona! Only place to get a great haircut by an facial products and services from Sandra and the front desk is wonderful too.

This more a comment on the new color line -- which seems to have a steep learning curve, and is more complicated than the old one.

I get a lot of shade variation from visit to visit, and my formula is still up in the air. For example, at one visit the shade will be right, but at the next visit it will be a shade lighter, although supposedly the exact same formula was used!!? What's up with that?

If the new color line is too complicated for busy stylists to record down, or if they need better access to computers in which to record formulas, or if they need more basic training in the new line, please address it. I have had numerous "oops" experiences since it was introduced.
