I recently needed a crown and fillings. This was all completed in one sitting. It was the best experience I've ever encountered receiving that type of care. I was in and out in less then two hours. The staff are all amazing.

This was my first time coming here and my hygienist (Whitney?) made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She definitely made me feel like my care was individualized and I was able to make my own decisions, rather than my care being pre-determined. The front desk staff were also very kind and inviting. Thanks for a great first experience!

I’m stunned that you are “discontinuing” the Aveda line in your La Crosse store without any warning to your customers. ( Btw we are not your “guests.” We pay. And it is not cheap.) I was in there for services recently and you had every opportunity to tell me. I would have stocked up had I known. I love the store and the people I have known there for years, but I am there because of Aveda and not for any other reason. I understand and respect that you are running a business, during a brutally difficult time, and this is no doubt a business decision. Be it I am devastated. I just counted 25 Aveda products in my home. I don’t plan to stop using them as long as they are available somewhere. Too bad I won’t be able to buy them from you, there, anymore. Thanks for the opportunity to tell you.
