I have visited the Lewisville location and utilized their mobile vet trucks for vaccinations when it was not convenient to visit the office, At both I was treated with courtesy and respect, my dogs with love and kindness and all with efficiency. The mobile vans are a very convenient and quick way to keep up vaccinations. The staff are both informative and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets.

Community Pet Outreach Lewisville is a very busy place yet the people there are pleasant and helpful. I brought my cat in for neutering, vaccines, microchipping and deworming. Doctor Taylor found a rather bad intestinal parasite called Coccidia and gave my cat the first of 7 doses of Albon (de-wormer) and sent me home with the remaining 6 daily doses to give to my cat. The cat tolerates it well, and I was surprised how easy it was to squirt it in her mouth

with the tiny syringes that she preloaded with the remaining 6 doses of Albon. . Dr. Taylor also found an organic

(yeast type infection in the cats ears, and gave me 2 weeks worth of a medicine called Tresaderm to cure that.

Again I was surprised how well the cat tolerated it. I actually think the cat enjoys the refrigerated medicine in his ears as it feels good to him. Amazing place, and much cheaper than other vet practices. When you need preventable treatment such as vaccines, intestinal parasite screening, rabies shots, ear screening, and spay/neuter surgery this is the place to go.

The best vet experience I’ve ever had. Loved having the home visit because it helped my animals stress levels stay low

I have brought my dog to Community Pet Outreach in Lewisville for the past three years and up until about a month ago was always very pleased. My dog received his vaccinations and i also took him to be groomed next door on a regular basis. Back in January he had surgery to have a tumor removed which thankfully was benign. Back in April I had to take him in because the weekend before I took to an emergency animal hospital as he was in a lot of pain. Dr. Mc Sweeney said it was probably arthriris....prescribed some meds that didnt give him any relief, and upon our next visit...which i arrived EARLY for and always had in the past...was kept waiting for an HOUR. She tells me I should take him for xrays (at Main Street Hospital as they are not equipped to do so) and im upset because I know this means a LOT MORE MONEY and there must be something more than arthritis....she tells me "dont go borrowing trouble" and shoves a brochure at me, then excuses herself. To make it worse, I hear her apologizing emphatically to the person next door for making THEM WAIT! Oh, and by the way...she mentions during his exam that my dog has a heart murmur.....how is it she didnt know this before? Again, he had surgery back in January that she performed. Just very concerning to me. Also concerning is her lack of empathy for someone who has brought her dog there for 3 years not to mention the amount of money Ive spent there. One more side note....she hasnt bothered to call and check to see how my dog is doing.....not once. But the one thing im thankful for is her shoving that brochure for MAIN STREET VET in my face. They have been wonderful. Staff and doctor are extremely compassionate....Dr McSweeney could learn something from them. I will be taking my dog to Main Street Vet from now on.

So very pleased with my initial visit for a cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Hibbs. He explained his thoughts on dental care and answered all of my questions. Wish I had discovered this practice years ago.
