Dropped off our cat for an issue (not acting right), somehow wasn't recorded properly by office staff, and on pickup claimed it was a "wellness exam", which was wrong. They claimed the doctor would call with an update, but she left for the day without calling.

They never even LOOKED at our clearly unwell cat, because the next day I took her to a different vet and she had a double-ear infection with scabs all over her skin from allergies.

I understand you were busy, but this is unacceptable and how you drive away long-term customers.

Savannah, my cat, and I were both treated with kindness and lots of TLC. Savannah is 17 and was stressed but she tolerated the exam very well. Dr. Gaston and all of the employees love their jobs and the animals and it shows. So happy!

Dr Price and the technicians that helped with my dog have been wonderful. Our dog is a shepherd mix that gets nervous around strangers and has skin allergies that have been a challenge. The doctor and staff all do a great job of keeping her calm. When I mentioned the problem I have getting her to swallow pills, they lent me a device that drops pills at the back of her throat and makes the pill delivery so easy and stress free! Dr. Price has taken time to explain options to help get my dog’s tummy rashes under control and I really appreciate how thoughtful and kind she’s been. Every tech I’ve met here has been fantastic. I feel like my dogs are in good hands here.
