This is kind of a mixed review. Crabtree Automotive was a very friendly place and very professional. That said, we went with another automotive service because they did the same work for $200 less. They were also very good and did a good job.

Brought in a 2010 Ford Taurus for oil change, transmission fluid change, noises in front end and badly needed general inspection. Exceptional service from start to finish. First they asked many questions about what concerned us about with the car's performance and noises. Matt called with the diagnosis later that day and, as requested, sent it in an email. After reviewing, we called with items to be repaired. Was given an estimate of when it would be ready. They called when it was ready, which was earlier than estimated. Upon pickup, Matt showed us the parts they removed and what was wrong with those. They provided a warranty for the repairs completed as well as a "goody" bag AND the car was washed! I also observed that each customer was treated well whether they were getting an oil change or major service. They also will pick up and shuttle you if needed.
