We were referred to Crabtree Automotive by our Nephew. The experience was great. The employees were very informative, offered to give us a ride home when we first dropped off our Buick, then offered a rental when the parts delivery took a day longer than expected. Will definitely return for other services.

We were cheerfully given a ride home while our car was worked on, and the work was completed ahead of time. They replaced our hubcaps for free because a few tabs on one of the original caps were broken off during service.

Responsive, informative...were able to diagnose problem, contact me for authorization to complete work and get the work done when I had dropped off car with only hope of maybe getting it diagnosed so I could get an estimate and be sure you could order parts and complete work in a day. The shuttle service was also very nice. My father recommended your business to me and I will definitely be back and be referring business to you as well.
