We were cheerfully given a ride home while our car was worked on, and the work was completed ahead of time. They replaced our hubcaps for free because a few tabs on one of the original caps were broken off during service.

Responsive, informative...were able to diagnose problem, contact me for authorization to complete work and get the work done when I had dropped off car with only hope of maybe getting it diagnosed so I could get an estimate and be sure you could order parts and complete work in a day. The shuttle service was also very nice. My father recommended your business to me and I will definitely be back and be referring business to you as well.

They were able to identify the cause of the issue right away, whereas the dealership did not. Everyone was courteous and prompt. All communication was very clear and also written.
