Dr Jones and his team are soooooo awesome. You don't have to drive to Boston to receive the best talented and skilled care. Dr Jones and his team rates higher than those in Boston. Miracles do happen here on the Cape with such an outstanding Medical community on Cape Cod.

The front desk personnel is very pleasant and helpful. Craig Eldridge is a very thorough and competent healthcare provider-I feel that he puts a lot of effort into a resolution to my medical needs. He is very professional and takes the time to explain all procedures as well as options available to me.
I was scheduled to meet with the PA to discuss my CPAP machine progress. She had the information downloaded that I was doing fine. The meeting lasted all of 5 minutes, maybe less. I had to pay a co-pay of $50.00.
This process should have taken place by phone. I feel this appointment was an unnecessary reason to charge the insurance company and myself for unnecessary services rendered.
Nothing irritates me more than having to wait a half an hour when I have a 9:30 appointment. You would have gotten 5 Stars had I not had to wait so long. I can understand having to wait latter in the day because people earlier in the day may be late but not for a 9:30 appointment. The girls in the office are quite nice however both of the girls are always on the phone. I would think at least one of them should be waiting to help patients when they arrive. How about doing paperwork? Or something that they could drop easily to be able to assist the face to face patient. My comments come from having worked in a doctors office and managing the office. Dr. Jones is great and complete with exam and his knowledge. I have no complaints about him!
While I was given a 10 am appt. after being told I would have to reschedule my 9:30 appt after being 13 minutes late due weather related traffic coming from South Yarmouth...I was happy with the related care and medical treatment. The policy of letting the patient know they need to come in 20 minutes earlier to complete patient information needs to be in your automated reminder calls you put out days before to confirm appts. All my other doctor appts put this on their calls to prevent an issue and remind patients each and every call. I asked to see the office manager and she was very nice but stated I was told when I made the appointment...the problem being is that appt. was anywhere from 4-6 weeks earlier and then it was rescheduled to a few weeks later that that.
As a healthcare professional myself I highly recommend Dr. Jones. He has been my doctor for many years and has cared for my children. He listens to my concerns. I don't feel rushed and I get results. Great bedside manner. Great with my kids.
