I've worked with Dr. Paul and Dr. Kate in the past. I don't have problems with either. Both exhibit genuine concern. But there are times when the clinical staff really annoy me and lead me to seeking a new dental clinic.

I have in the past been treated with complete disregard and just a task to be completed. I have been going to this dental clinic for a long time and I think it's gone DOWN HILL.
