I was on time, called br the dental assistant, attended to me but waited for 45 minutes before the dentist attended to me. I hope this will not happen again.

Dr. Paul is a very nice guy but he's a little too rough and always seems to rush through his patients but that seems to be his style so atleast i know what I'm getting from him but the dental hygienist that was helping him is something else, she seems pretty new and did not give me the impression for the night guard/ invisalign retainers that Dr. Paul told her to do and she was rough and very much in a rush. Very disappointed since I've been going to this dentistry with my family for over 20yrs but mostly with Dr. Kaitlyn.
