I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The prices were competitive, and the service was outstanding. The waiting room is very nice, has complementary snacks, coffee, and wifi. The service took a little long than expected, however the mechanic explained to me that it took a little longer because he noticed a piece hanging from the bottom of my car so he took some extra time to bolt it back into place (even though he of course did not cause it). I will certainly be going back to Creech for my automotive service, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

I was greeted pleasantly upon arrival. I talked with the manager about the issue with my car. He listened to my concern. I was pleased with the effort that was made to resolve the issue with my car.

Once again, I needed to have a problem fixed on my 1997 Infinity. As an ex shade tree mechanic, I knew what the problem probably was. But my body no longer can contort in the manner needed to fix this particular problem. I also had them check the AC and they gave me info that was as I thought, and they only charged me for the little bit of R13 they used instead of a whole can. i had them do a bit of other work . when i picked up the car and paid, I wanted to be sure they had charged enough for all the stuff they did. The bill was that reasonable. I have to say I am getting used to a good repair shop that is so incredibly honest. It is always a pleasure to talk to them about the repairs on the phone, as they give me prices and suggestions rather than pressure me to fix this thing or that. So far I always leave their office happy.

friendly, professional service center focused on helping customers to keep their vehicles in good shape. Prices are a bit on the higher side but very fair for the service. I also appreciate that when they make an error of any sort they step up and admit it and take care of it, rather than deflecting blame or hiding it. Quality work in a timely way for a fair price. Will be back again and again...
