I'm the type of person who is very skeptical of mechanics until they've proven to be trustworthy. My last service with Creech has shown me that they are a trustworthy service.
Originally I took my vehicle in to have the brakes replaced due to hearing a lot of squeaking when applying the brakes in the last few weeks. I had also considered having Creech replace most fluids since my vehicle had just hit 60,000. I didn't mention doing the 60,000 mile service though since I didn't want to ask too much of these guys right before a holiday weekend.
When they called me with an update they did two things that really impressed me. 1) They said my brakes didn't need to be replaced and could last another 10,000 miles. They could have replaced them and I wouldn't have thought twice about it.
2) Creech did recommend changing my fluids as most places do at 60,000 miles. One of the fluids that's changed during this service is the radiator fluid, which Creech did not even mention. This impressed me so much because, unknowing to Creech, I had my vehicle serviced at Nissan 3 months ago for a warranty-covered issue in which they flushed the radiator system. This proved to me that Creech actually checked the fluids rather than saying "Oh, you're at 60,000 miles you need to have $1,000 worth of work done".
I'm skeptical of mechanics because of issues in the past and being mechanically inclined enough to sense the BS some places give you. However, time and again Creech has done great work, been very open and honest, and generally been a pleasure to do business with.
