I am so pleased with the professionalism and customer centric atmosphere at Crescent Dental. This was my first visit here but not my first encounter with the staff, particularly the dental hygienist Emily. I decided to try out Crescent Dental because of this hygienist who spoke very highly of this facility. Emily was my DH at another dental office. She is one who is super knowledgeable, very helpful in educating you with the most recent developments in dental care, and always does so with a pleasant attitude and friendly smile. She invited me to see her at this office location to get my teeth whitened and I'm truly glad I did. It was well worth the trip from MA to NY. I left the office with a brilliant smile - well done! The price was excellent for this customized experience. The office staff were extremely friendly and efficient too. I even purchased a new Oral-B electronic toothbrush. YAY!!!

We had a vet emergency on a Tuesday nite at 6pm. After our own vet of many years would not see us, we called Animal Care on a whim and they told us to come right over. The customer care they provided to us was amazing, and our dog was not even a patient there.. until now. I moved all of my records to Animal Care this morning. I can not say enough about our 1st experience other than it was so impressive we immediately switched.
