It was my first time at Crismali Foot and Ankle. My first impression of the building and location. It was easy to locate since it was across Victor Valley College. The parking lot has quite a bit of parking. I was able to park right in front close to the entrance. When you walking in the building, the waiting room area was large and had a lot of seats.
The receptionist was real quick to assist me. As I walked up to the window, I had noticed that they had all the appointments scheduled for that day in chronological order, which made it easy for her to find my paperwork. While I was filling out my paperwork, I was called to head into one of the patient rooms. The nurse who help me was super quick on the computer when she was asking me questions. Did my xrays and was done in a matter of minutes. Honestly, I felt a bit rushed in her hands.
I must have waited about 10 minutes before the doctor came in. I can't recall his name, but he was very sincere, he explained what my xrays revealed, what my options were, how they procedure is done and how long the recovery time will be. He also mention how far out he was booked. So unfortunately for me, my surgery will not be until after February, but that's ok. What's three months in comparison to over two years of pain.
I would give five stars, but reserve that last star for after the surgery.
