I really like Dr. Morrow and the way he explains things to me. I also like the way he interacts with my cats.

The staff there is always friendly, courteous, and very professional. You can tell they truly care for the well being of the animals and will side with caution and comfort (not wanting to possibly stress the animal) before recommending any type of evasive procedures or tests.

The staff is awesome and so very helpful, patience and professional. How they remember each client and their needs from the moment you call or walk in the door is amazing.

It was really nice to see your new facility. The new building is awesome and it's a major improvement over your last facility and parking is a dream. It was great seeing Doctor Morrow again too. I was also impressed with the staff, they were able to get us a same day appointment for our cat. That's great customer service with a gold star!

Lilly has separation anxiety. She is very nervous when I take her anywhere in the car, shivering, shining and clinging to me as she does not like to be left anywhere that I am not. However, she calmed down when I held her and gave her attention.

She seemed OK when the doctor and assistants showed her attention.

She did not seem to be traumatized at getting X-rays or the heart worm test.

Today, she seems fine. We had to find a way to keep her downstairs. She loves to chase her tennis ball. So she doesn't feel left out, we have been rolling a ball to her (about 12-14 inches from me to her). She seems to be coping OK. \

I had no problem getting her medicine down. She is sleeping a bit more than usual and that can only help her healing
