Staff members are very knowledgeable, professional, and great motivators. Every WOD is different and refreshing. Coaches pay close attention while you work out and help you improve posture and form-less likely to be injured. I highly recommend anyone

We met with Lori for an introduction to CrossFit and then did a short workout and talked about nutrition. It was great! I really like the philosophy and the planned social activities. Seems like a great place to work out.

I have only been a few times now, but the coaches there have been so helpful. I used to lift in college for collegiate sports, however looking back on it and comparing my experiences, I feel a lot more carefully watched here. I know that the coaches are paying attention to form and they are very encouraging, no matter how much weight you are moving (even if it's weenie like me). They have made working out fun again.
