The staff is wonderful. It's clear that they make an effort to keep up with the latest technology. If you'd asked me last week if I recommend Dr Cross, I'd have said yes unconditionally. But I'm not super pleased with how they handled my first less-than-perfect visit. There was not a lot of talk about the options, the causes, the possible side effects, what to expect, etc. I feel like I don't have a say in what work gets done in my mouth. I'm an intelligent person with good logical skills and I'm prefer to be an informed consumer.
