We are happy with Crosspoint, however we do have one thing that we would like to happen that doesn’t. We boarded our dog there for a few days over Thanksgiving. When we picked her up, she was brought out to us without a word of her experience. We wanted to know if she behaved, was friendly, any health problems that might have been seen. It was our first time boarding her with you. We would have liked ‘anyone’ who knew of her stay to give us ANY information. Other than that we were satisfied. Thank you.
Hello Mrs. Rue, we want to thank you for your feedback. Brandi did great while boarding. Typically, if there is any medical issue that needs to be addressed, we always contact the owner as stated in the boarding contract. We keep logs on every boarding patient while they are in our care. She ate good and used the bathroom just fine. Her behavior is always perfect. She does not complain much at all. Always feel free to call and check on her as well while she is boarding if needed.
