This was our first time at Crossroads Animal Clinic and it was simply amazing. Such a great experience. Technicians and Dr. Minton were very attentive, pleasant, educational and professional. I brought my Doberman in for allergy concerns/itchiness. Dr. Minton took her time to explain what she was seeing and educated me in the process. She also brought to my attention other things in which I should monitor when it comes to my fur baby. Dr. Minton pretty much outlined a step by step treatment plan for the lifespan of my Doby. I don't know why we waited so long to visit this place but now I think we have found the doctor for our big fur baby!

Crossroads Animal Clinic and the ENTIRE staff truly strive to make your appointment with your fur baby the best possible. It can be a bit stressful for all that come but the love, patience, knowledge and care is always front and center. Thank you all !!

Most of the time I would give a better than average score. However, I noted that Crossroads had misidentified my dogs. Rabies and puppy shots were given to my young puppy(female) and published on the records of my 13 year old male. I caught this months later, which meant my puppy had no record of having received her rabies vaccine.
When I called to have it corrected I was told by Josie that it couldn’t be done without me proving certificates of both dogs. Never did I receive as much as a comment such as so sorry for your inconvenience.
I took my records on and spent time with Ryan getting the records straight. After about 20 minutes I walked away with the corrected records. Never once did I hear “Gosh I’m sorry. We should have been more careful “
These are my pets medical records. I believe a great deal of care should be taken when charting records. This is no different that taking your five year old daughter to the doctor for immunization for kindergarten and receiving records indicating the shots were given to your eight year old son .
Crossroads personnel offered no apology or explanation. In fact, they seemed totally unconcerned about the error.
