They took great care of the girls. They made them comfortable so they would relax. They put my mind at ease. They answer my questions. They also recommend a great flee and tick meds. It is the better than advantage or frontline and cost the same. Thank you for the time to take great care of my girls.

I was new to Painesville and needed a vet's service for one of my cats. The team at Crossroads fit me in the next day. The offices and treatment rooms were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Schroeder was professional yet understanding, and took time to talk with me after the blood tests came back. All turned out good, but even if it had not, I would give this vet hospital high ratings.
