My generator failed to operate after an automobile accident caused a power outage in my Portage neighborhood, on or about August 26, 2017. In addition, a major weather event was forecast to take place within the next week that could have resulted in local power outages. Your technician David Grzeczca, who lives nearby, immediately came over on own his day off and inspected my generator. He advised that my battery would need to be replaced. He then ordered a replacement and returned to install it on his way home from work on August 28, 2017. I wish to thank Crown Wheele for your prompt and efficient response to my service issue, and would like to personally commend David Grzeczka for going above and beyond what would normally be expected of a service technician. He has a tremendous work ethic, and should be considered a very valuable and productive asset to your excellent company.
