We are a full-service veterinary hospital that offers specialty and routine pet care for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, mice/rats, pigs, squirrels, guinea pigs, hamsters, & potbellied pigs. We provide a wide variety of diagnostic services, digital radiography, surgical procedures performed with laser, cold laser therapy, ultrasound, vaccinations, routine check ups, hospitalization and emergency care. We also provide boarding as well.

We pride ourselves on working closely with you and your pet to offer the best professional medical care available. We are a high-quality animal hospital where you and your pet will both love to come visit. We are dedicated not only treating your pet, but also to implementing preventative care to keep them happy and healthy to their senior years. Together we will work on a plan to provide proper nutrition, exercise, health care and grooming needs.

Appalling. Aside from being excessively expensive, they did nothing for my dog.
They did not deliver on their promotional offer, which was a discount and a nail trim for their first visit, which neither of us received.
They charged me a super expensive "special" exam for being older, of which they did not even take their weight, so when I went to pick up a medicine that according to you was ready they did not give it to me because yes I do not know what dose to administer and until today never they called

A mess again. I called on 8-5-2022 at 3:19pm about medication for my dog. Which I was advised would be filled and able to pick up on 8-6-2022 before closing at4pm. Got to office on 8-6-2022 nothing documented and meds not there to pick up. This keeps happening and the excuse is always we are busy we are all busy this is your business and if business is to busy hire better qualified individuals.

The office was extremely busy when I arrived. The girl at the desk asked for proof of vaccination but that was not said when I booked the appointment. I was given paperwork to fill out so I sat and filled it out and called my vet to email Thor’s shots. After that the office had calmed down, I turned my paperwork in ( which the girl had to help me with) and the groomer came out to assess Thor. He talked with me about Thor. He also told me how much it would cost and why it was that price. I have to say that even though the office was so so busy, when my turn came everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. When I picked thor up he was perfectly groomed. I truly appreciate the time it took that lovely groomer to clean up Thor. Thank you Crystal Creek.

WONDERFUL!!! The staff were sooo pleasant and efficient!! The facility is very clean, smells nice. The groomer Jose was an absolute doll and did my Maxx who is older and very feisty with groomers with patience and care. A few groomers wouldn’t take him because he was snappy even though he’s a 7 pound Maltese with 4 teeth!! No nicks or cuts and he looked sooooo cute!!! I will make this Max’s vet and groomer combo place from now on.

Everyone was kind, the massage was great. It is unfortunate that everything but the treatment itself is closed. Not super fun bringing all your stuff to the pool, entering the spa and changing out of your swimsuit in the bathroom. The waiting area was nice but a bit crowded. Sparkling wine had no bubbles. Again, massage was great!
