During Buzz's week long boarding, he was to have a haircut. All went well except that buzz did not get his haircut as had been arranged. Joe was very sorry and they have now corrected the matter and Buzz got his haircut after another trip to the groomer. All is well that ends well.

Are appointment was at 11:30 and we did not get in until 12:30...long wait. There were people that came in after us however got in to see the Vet before us. It seemed not to be very organized compared to our last visit. Over all we like the facility. Hopefully it was just an off day.

Everyone is always friendly from front desk, to staff in the back and the vets. Drs. Hoffler and Sherman always take the time to explain what is going on with my dog and reccomended coarse of treatment. Never feel rushed. Answer all of my questions. Would not go anywhere else.
