The whole experience was great, until I asked Dr. Vanderkam a few questions. She seemed VERY annoyed by questions! I'm not in healthcare, I need to be able to answer my kid's questions and know what's going on with their teeth when they're in pain. However, the office staff are great, as long as you don't approach them. Lol Ironically, I would still recommend her to friends because she's very knowledgeable - NOT customer-service oriented. It's fine for me. I'd rather trust my dentist than like her. Nonetheless, would love if i can do both. Good luck!
