I've noticed that the price quotes for the "insured's responsibility" portion of any future procedure is frequently inaccurate. This is annoying. The problem is general in nature and not focused on any individual in particular. I believe it to be related to high staff turnover or not paying enough attention to detail. I appreciated in the past receiving a phone call ahead of appointments for future procedures, to affirm or revise the previously provided quote. It'd be great to get back to that level of customer service.
