THIS CUSTOMER SOLD HIS VEHICLE ON 10/13/13. HE DID NOT WANT TO REPAIR OR TRANSPORT BACK TO JACKSON WI. THE ENGINE CRADLE WAS DAMAGED AND VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVEABLE, WE WERE NEVER RUDE AND WERE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL. WHY DID HE WAIT 10 MONTHS TO RESPOND.
