Office cold. If heat not working, needs to be fixed. If not turned on, it's not worth it.
Assistant was not trained. Doctor distracted and annoyed by this. Made for a not-smooth procedure.
Doctor not present and ready at time of appointment.
Location is convenient, and the actual dentistry OK, but overall experience can be better.

We are so very sorry you had an unpleasant experience. The office is located in one of Bronxville's older buildings and we have no control over the buildings heat.
