Took my dog in to have her teeth looked at and right ear checked for ear infection. While everyone was nice, Dr Elizabeth noted the wrong ear to be cleaned on the chart and meds. When I told the vet tech in the lobby that they cleaned the wrong ear, she said that's the ear the vet told her to clean. Feeling confused and frustrated, I said I'd figure it out when I got home and called back if needed. When we got back, I gently touched her right ear and she began whining loudly. I knew she had a problem in that ear that was not cleaned. I called back to find out what was going on and why the right ear was not cleaned. The receptionist spoke to the vet, apologized for their error, and recommended I do it myself the best I can. She should have invited us back to clean the right ear instead of telling me to do it myself. I hate leaving bad reviews; I feel like I wasn't paid attention to and although everyone was nice, the ineptitude here is too much. I don't think my dog was a big hit here, and honestly believe they would be happier to not have us back, based on the high quote for the teeth and overall demeanor. I can't trust this place to handle a more serious procedure regarding her teeth when they can't even clean the right ear or offer to make it right.
