This is my second visit as this Veteranarian was recommended to me on the Nextdoor app. I am very pleased with the technicians that came to the car to get my pup!! Friendly, helpful!! I look forward to meeting the doctor and very pleased that one day I called and she called back.

I really like it this way better ...drive up you taking the pet from the car...paying by phone returning the pet to the vehicle

MUCH EASIER THIS WAY...and I don't have to fight off other pets who want to engage with lilly...its just so much easier and safer...it went really well and IT WAS SO MUCH FASTER NO CONFUSION

Everyone there is very kind and willing to help. It's difficult to find someone who can see my hamster so I was glad to know there was someone near home. The vet was sweet and helpful with my pet's diagnosis and treatment options.

I love Cypress Animal Hospital. They service all three of my dogs with expertise and efficiency. They are always professional and during these difficult times of Covid-19, they keep my animals safe, their employees safe and me safe! They still are able to provide most of the regular services. Dr. Swindall and Dr. Boyle are the BEST vets around. They staff is courteous and compassionate!

I have always held Cypress Animal Hospital in the highest regard. Since I adopted Jackie 2 1/2 years ago, I have only taken her to CAH. I don’t remember who it was that referred CAH to me, but I do know that I am very grateful for it. I would guess I’ve taken Jackie in about 5 times since adopting her and you have always done an excellent job across the board. Your entire staff is very caring, knowledgeable and highly competent. In my many business dealings over the past 20 years I regularly deal with people who are caring with the knowledge but totally incompetent. Usually it involves something I know very well so I am able to make do with it. However, 2 out of the 3 is not acceptable when it comes to my precious Jackie. Having to take her in while we are in this crazy situation made me appreciate you guys even more. It wasn’t easy to not be able to go in with Jackie. As much as I trust you to treat her, the idea of allowing her to be taken from my car and brought back to me afterwards was very scary. Those thoughts of her panicking, somehow getting loose and running away certainly ran through my head. I was totally reassured when the girl who took Jackie made sure to tell me exactly how the process would go. But far beyond her telling me the process was the way she said it to me, and Jackie for that matter. She had such a caring voice and it was very clear and obvious she had a great love and passion for all animals. Then the doctor called and she was very nice. She explained everything to me and happily answered every question and concern I had. Then she scored massive bonus points by telling me Jackie was very well cared for. She commented on her shiny fur coat, clean teeth, no areas of irritation or scanning on her skin(she was there because she was scratching uncontrollably so the skin comment brought a smile to my face) and her overall health being excellent. I know she only said those things because they were true but her taking the time to tell me meant so much. Jackie was given a shot for possible allergies that could be causing the itching and scratching which gave her the relief she so badly needed. Just like that Jackie was brought back and we were back home. I watched her sleep peacefully for over an hour that night before I fell asleep. I could not have been more pleased with the care given to both Jackie and I. Keep this secret between us but I would have gladly paid double even though I’m glad I didn’t have to. Thank you so much!

Dr. Swindall is the best, I'm glad I found her, not only does she make your pet feel great, she also puts you at ease and explains everything, i recommended every pet parent to see her

As always you and your employees are wonderful people. Even through the covid19 I feel my dog is happy not terrified of your office even when I can't be there with her.
