Dr. Boyle and staff (wish I knew the other two ladies names) were nothing but welcoming and kind when I brought my older dog, Carie in for a few visits. I appreciate the warm and nonjudgmental manner that they treat their customers. And more importantly, I notice how much they obviously love and care about our pets. :) Also, I was very impressed with the way Dr. Boyle called me and took the time to discuss and address concerns about Carie. And one more thing - when I called Cypress, instead of turning me away, they squeezed Carie in when they could even though they were booked! My previous clinic unfortunately immediately turned us away.

Everyone at Cypress Animal Hospital is so helpful and understanding along with being comforting when losing a pet. Dr. Swindall takes time to explain what the situation is and how they can help. It is so comforting to know they have your pets best interest. Thank you Cypress Animal Hospital for all that you do.

The staff are friendly and compassionate to our animals . My only regret is that the Drs don’t take us humans as patients.
