Please review the estimate you were provided and how it is broken down as you will see it's quite different from what you are stating in your review.
We are fully aware of comparable pricing in the market and continuously evaluate our pricing structure to ensure fairness. But you have to compare apples to apples; what you purchased may not be the same brand or quality level of what we estimated on and in direct comparison what we estimated was less that $50 more. Your comments regarding the comparison with your mechanic's estimate and the parts cost are prompting us to revisit our processes to maintain transparency and improve our communication.

The dentist is very experienced and gentle, the assistant and hygienist were both awesome and informative, and the ladies at the front are the best. They make me feel like such a valued customer.
