They don’t seem to care about their patients. I had a 3:20 appointment and at 4 o’clock I called to see if the had forgotten to let me know that my appointment had been canceled. While on hold I was called to the back. I hear the same excuse every time sorry we only have 2 rooms and we had a new patient today. I don’t mind waiting if there is a legitimate reason, but just because they don’t check the sign in sheet is not a good reason to keep someone waiting over 45 minutes for an appointment. If this is the best you can do I will not recommend you to anyone.
