I scheduled a brow wax and bang trim for June 16th. I called approximately a week ahead of time and scheduled this. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment and didn't even have anyone on staff that was "licensed" to do a brow trim. I left very annoyed and then came back and asked if they could at least do my bang trim (I don't know why I wasn't offered that in the first place). I then went to your competitor around the corner who not only was MUCH friendlier, but were able to take me in as a walk in for the brow wax pretty much immediately.
I will probably switch to your competitor. The only reason why I haven't yet, is because I do like my regular stylist at your salon, who had nothing to do with this (she was out of town when it happened, which is why I didn't schedule with her in the first place).
