I was rushed because stylist told me she had to close. The haircut and the color was not what I asked for. I asked for layers but stylist didn’t do layers and after coloring and drying she said that she decided not to do layers and that i had to go to register and pay now. I showed her the picture that I showed at the very beginning to remind her that the color and haircut is not what I asked for. The stylist replied that she can fix it and that it would take much time but I would have to come back another time because she is closing. It was 4:30 pm on Saturday. While their schedule says they are open till 6 pm on Saturdays. I asked the stylist if she would just finish the job because it’s very unconvinient for me to come another time. But she said no. She offered to come back on Thursday. I was so mad that I had to pay for something for hair service that would be finished on Thursday. Later I decided that I can’t trust going back to this place. What if again they do what ever they want and not what you want, run out of time and push you out?

I sincerely apologize for not correctly understanding the entirety of your needs and should not have required payment until the entire service was completed and you were happy with the results.
