We always appreciate feedback to help us improve our service to our awesome customers! However, I'm a little take aback by the claims that our floor had "dirt all over it". Our staff actually maintains the floors on a daily basis. If you would be so kind to let me know which particular date and class that you attended, I will be sure to investigate and find out the root cause of this encounter including the lack of warm up claim. We do not need to know your name, you can remain anonymous. However, the only way we can improve is to have specific information to rectify a given situation.
