I found a Groupon offer for transmission flush and oil/filter change in April. Came by in September for the servicing. All went extremely well and you also identified another problem I had (rear brakes). I enjoyed the interaction. Prompt, efficiently, friendly. I'd recommend you be a little less aggressive with enrolling folks in your e-mail/SM program.
