Last time I took my two dogs to be groomed the young girl at the desk was rude and became upset when she lost the instructions for my dogs and had to resubmit them into the computer. When I picked my dogs up they were shaved even thier eyebrows and eye lashes. another lady at the shop apologized but there was nothing she could do about it. I do not know if I will go back or not.
