First off, I called 5 times then had to text my phone number to receive a call back to even book an appointment. If I did not have a gift card, I would have gone to another spa right then.
I had the same estetician for me whole spa package, which was a little uncomfortable because the conversation was very awkward.
I had a facial that was very nice.
For the body polish treatment, it was concomfortable to sit in a very large bathtub that I couldn't lean back in because I was covered in oil and could slide, and the tub was so long, my feet didn't come close to the end to hold myself up. So I had to sit upright the whole time. I also saw dead skin from another client by the handle of the tub. Then once I dried off and returned to the treatment room, I sat there for 15 mins with nothing to do while the lady cleaned the tub room before she returned to finish the treatment.
Lunch was good and filling.
During the pedicure she cut the middle of my foot with the metal file, like a paper cut but with metal! Ouch!
She did clean it properly and wore gloves.
Then there was an unexplained charge at the end even though I had a gift card that included the tax.
Also there is no staff area where they keep the spa supplies. So if you are getting a manicure or pedicure, expect a lot of traffic and listening to the estaticians talk to clients, prep, talk to each other.
