This was my 2nd visit to the salon. My first experience in March was epic and AMAZING so of course I came back to fix up my new hair for the Summer.
Again - I will say I LOVE the clean, crisp, fresh look of the entire salon area (never been to the spa YET :) ). Reception is always professional and courteous and HELPFUL on the phone.
My stylist is AWESOME - I LOVE everything she has done and I love that she showed me options for styling straight or with my natural curl.
This last visit though - she cut my ear with the razor as she was trimming around. I didn't think it was bad or a serious cut but it did bleed a lot. Once she realized how bad it was she stopped and got a band aid for me to help stop the bleeding. It has been a few days and I have a sore spot from the cut and I have a little bump/scar that hurts every time I touch it or try to sleep on my left side.
At the end of the day - she was kind enough to do the appointment for FREE - which was not expected.
All in all still a GREAT visit. And I ended up with an amusing story for my friends. When I tell them I don't mention the salon name as I think it might deter people from going but I do make sure to let people know how happy I am with the stylist.
