My overall experience was good. I was impressed by all the modern equipment used to help measure my vision needs. I liked Dr. Davis very much and found him quite personable and informative.
I do have two simple suggestions that would make the overall service better.
1) Please ask the phone answering personnel to speak more slowly and enunciate their words better. I like to address people by their fist names in conversation but the girl spoke so fast that all I knew for sure was that I had the right office when I called. The rest of the "introduction" was garbled to my ears.
2) You have plenty of staff (I noticed quite a few people just walking around) but each person should be trained to do at least 2 different jobs. This would reduce the wait time for various testing procedures and sales in the eyeglass department. I had to wait too long for some testing and to buy glasses because apparently there was only one person that knew how to operate the equipment and/or help with the purchase of glasses. You may loose some sales if you do not have at least 2 people at all times that are capable of ringing up customer sales in the eyeglass department. Except for the long waits in these two areas I was overall satisfied with the office and plan to be a repeat customer. My husband is also planning on using your practice based on my recommendation.
