I feel strongly that I am very well taken care of at Dr. Dan’s. The dental hygienist is very skillful and thorough and in addition friendly and calming. I can be triggered by physical touch inside of my mouth and she is always gentle and when firm, very safe. Doctor Dan always gives great direction on how to take care of my teeth! He is kind and a great listener. The two practitioners together helped me make the hard decision to have wisdom teeth pulled and I’m much better off for it. Very professional office staff also were able to schedule my appointment, even though it’s very hard for me to find time off as a teacher. They are also very personable and kind. Thank you Dr Dan’s office for such an outstanding experience at the Dentists office!!

I really liked Dr. Barry and his staff--all of them. But when I went for a routine check-up last year, it was as if they had a license to print money. EVERYthing was about how much better my smile could--after spending 40k. I realize a lot of doctors in 450 Sutter--and businesses everywhere--need to try and compensate for the last two years, but this was bizarre. I'd been a patient for the past five or six years and couldn't expect this.

the cleaning person was excellent. Communicating with the office is very difficult with an over reliance in email and text.. First, you send too many emails and texts and I confirm each one and yet get a call again after I confirmed it. The worst part of it is that you had to cancel my appointment because of a helth issue with the employee. Not a problem. However, I get a call while driving and told the person I could not confirm the date because I was driving and asked for her to send me the tenative date by email 2 days go be and no email. So I email back to you asking for the date. No response to email for 2 days and them I get a request to confirm the appointment. after several email and text confirmations I get 2 calls in the morning of the appointment. I called back 2 times and got voice which is okay with me except the voice mail box was full. so I called back.2 times and got someone on the 3rd call and complained. I dont mind the automation, I use it myself. However, it becomes a mild form of harssment when you do it so much. What I do object to is when you use the automation and dont respond to emails which is also part of the automation. I am going to see if you even read this.
