the cleaning person was excellent. Communicating with the office is very difficult with an over reliance in email and text.. First, you send too many emails and texts and I confirm each one and yet get a call again after I confirmed it. The worst part of it is that you had to cancel my appointment because of a helth issue with the employee. Not a problem. However, I get a call while driving and told the person I could not confirm the date because I was driving and asked for her to send me the tenative date by email 2 days go be and no email. So I email back to you asking for the date. No response to email for 2 days and them I get a request to confirm the appointment. after several email and text confirmations I get 2 calls in the morning of the appointment. I called back 2 times and got voice which is okay with me except the voice mail box was full. so I called back.2 times and got someone on the 3rd call and complained. I dont mind the automation, I use it myself. However, it becomes a mild form of harssment when you do it so much. What I do object to is when you use the automation and dont respond to emails which is also part of the automation. I am going to see if you even read this.
