I was greeted promptly by Kim upon entering the office, and with the online forms that I filled out beforehand, I didn't have to do any paperwork when I got there. I waited for a few minutes and was called by Lainey to follow her. Lainey was AWESOME! She has a great demeanor and is so easy to talk to. She was able to get my x-rays done quickly and I'm looking forward to going back and seeing her. Dr. Chong was really thorough in his examination of me, and let me know of all my options, which was really great. Leaving the office, Kim was once again great and really friendly. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Chong's office.
