Everyone was so nice and caring and very helpful. We were very upset over Jessie’s encounter with the dog that attacked her and when I called the office they told us to bring her in now. We are so relieved that Jessie wasn’t hurt worse than she was. Thank you all very much!

As always it was a great experience at Daniel Randall. My only concern is we were just there 2 days before for the same issue and while we did get a reduced office visit, I feel that since there really wasn’t anything done the 2 days prior and then we had to come back in for tests maybe the office visit should have been waived.

We came back to Daniel Randall Vet Clinic because the staff is fantastic and wonderful. We had our Bichon treated there for 12 years; she had to be put to sleep due to kidney failure. Dr. Drescher and staff were very kind and caring. We received a condolence card from all the staff within the week. We decided to wait awhile before deciding on a new dog. That decision lasted about three weeks. There was no question that we would return to Dr. Drescher and the girls! They welcomed us back ; and , our new GoldenDoodle. Felt like we were back home!

I highly recommend Daniel-Randall clinic. Every visit I have had with my new pup has been a wonderful experience. Remmie had surgery on Monday and I'm happy to report all is well. Dr. Stevens and Erin are the BEST!! Luv them both as well as the rest of the staff.Thanks everyone at DRVC

Last Sunday we had no choice but to call you for emergency repair to our air conditioning. My wife and I were aware the service charge would be $130.00 instead of the usual $70.00, we had no problem with that. The fan motor on our outside unit was in need of replacement. When the technician arrived he confirmed this told me he would have it replaced in about a half hour and have us cooling. Before he began any work he told us the charge, which seemed high, but we were stuck with no place to get the motor and do the repairs myself. The replacement took over two hours because the fan blades were seized onto the shaft of the old motor. The repair was made and our house is cool, for that I am grateful. My outside fan now makes a noise as if a bearing could be going out. A tech returned Friday, 7-21-17 inspected it and said every thing was fine, maybe a fan blade was bent or out of balance nothing was wrong. The unit is cooling but is annoying to listen to, and this was not a problem before the repair. Due to computer problems the technician on the Sunday service call, 7-16-17 could not give me an invoice. I paid the charge in full and we were glad to have air conditioning. We felt the charge was extravagant but understood it was an emergency service fee. We received an invoice in the mail with charges of $130.00 after hours service, $620.00 for a condenser fan motor, $16.25 for a run capacitor, for a total charge of $766.25. We understand it was an after hour,weekend service charge, but a $620.00 charge for a motor that can be purchased for $200.00 seems a bit much, 200% mark up,OUCH. I feel a little violated and have a unit that sounds as if it is in need of repair.
