I purchased a balayage and haircut though Groupon. When the results of the balayage showed no difference in my hair color, the hair stylist said that he'd give me a glaze. He did not mention that this procedure would cost more. When I checked out, I was told that I had to pay an additional $55.00 for the glaze. Therefore, I paid for a balayage - that did not produce results and for a service that I did not request.
The haircut was well done. However, a customer should always be informed when there are additional charges. This is a very poor business policy.
