I've been a patient of Dr. Marks for over 25 years and have never had an experience that has been anything but excellent. Even though Dr. Marks is in his early stage of retirement, he will be leaving his practice in the capable hands of his daughter, Dr. Emily Murray. I can't say enough about this practice and refer all my friends.

i was particularly impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the dental technician who examined and cleaned my teach and had genuine concern for my comfort during the process. She explained what she was doing and why. I hope I get here again on my next appointment.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere which feels like a warm home and lounge! I could've taken a nice nap! :-) When I arrived, I was not acknowledged as someone was ahead of me and talking a lot. Instead of someone saying, "I'll be right with you," I was left to stand and wait until the woman before me finished her entire conversation. (I thought that was rude on the customer's part too as I was ignored.) But I know you don't have control over your customers, but a quick, "just a second please, "hi, how are you, I will be with you in a minute." Then I wouldn't have felt I was being ignored, as has happened to me too many times before at other establishments whether they were nail/hair salons or not. That drives me nuts! The person at the front desk was pleasant and smiled. She quickly brought me upstairs for my nail appointment and seated. That was great! However, I should've asked more questons as I thought you did acrylic nails under the gel ones and that you did more than natural nails. I am more used to acrylic nails and cutting them down to match so my hands look the same. I really enjoyed Janai as she is a sweetheart. I was referred to her through a friend. She was very sweet, very service excellence oriented, professional and friendly! I enjoyed my nails, but like I said, I like the acrylic and then file them down so they're not so short and uneven looking. With that said, I was so impressed with Janai and her service, and your beautiful salon, I would like to speak to the owner and Janai regarding a "girlfriend get together" one night at your salon? I am a community relations professional and former television journalist, (WTHR-TV), so I have a lot of professional friends from lawyers, news anchors, reporters, directors, vice presidents and more. I would be willing to arrange a group of my friends at your salon for a "spa day." I am an African American woman, and I have a diversity of friends from white, black and Hispanic. I believe many of my friends would appreciate nail services, massages, lash extentions and some hair services. They would like eyebrow tweezing or waxing would be great too. My friends are upscale and would appreciate wine, water and light snacks. Some are lawyers, models, state representatives, executives and vice presidents, etc. I am thinking about organizing something in the late Spring or early summer. I will follow up through Janai as I would make this a "relaxing spa day" with a evening at a local restaurant for light appetizers, drinks or dinner. Even a small fee, $20 per person charge would be okay. Thank you for sending this note for comments. You are on the right track as your salon is beautiful!
