Love David's service. I like when you guys show me the parts that are broken so I'm able to see when parts are deteriorating. It gives me confidence in your quotes and that you guys aren't ripping me off. :)

Made appointment. Arrived just a bit late and was told three were ahead of me and it would take a while to get to me and if I'd like I could come back the next day and if I let them know they'd be able to get me right in. I let them know I DID make an appointment earlier that day. They then said they would get me in, they did, but... it took just as long as if I'd never made the appointment. I probably will return for other work but would like appointments honored.

Leonard our policy is to do a vehicle courtesy inspection on every vehicle even if it is for a state inspection, this does result in a longer wait time when coming in for a state inspection only. This is a solid garage. Great customer service, honest, friendly and fast. I've had more than one experience where they've made recommendations for my vehicle that have saved me money. No, they're not the cheapest, but they're far from the most expensive, and they stand behind their work.

Another great experience at David's Automotive.......my check brake light came on while running some errands.....got the vehicle in for a look around noon.....it did indeed need some brake work and David's was able to work me into their busy schedule that same afternoon......and they also offered me a ride home and a pick up when the work was completed so I did not have to hang out at their waiting area all afternoon.....I truly appreciated that extra service.......their prices are always fair and much lower than the dealers and they don't try to sell me services I don't really need......I trust and rely on David's Automotive from inspections to any repairs I may need.......
