Eric Davis is very charming and a great salesmen. His work crew is great. However, the follow up is dreadful. After installing the new system last March, the furnace quit working unexpectedly this November. When I called Eric (he promised me 24/7 service) he said they might be able to get to it the next day! Had to get another company to come out. They found that the humidifier Davis had installed was wired improperly, causing a fuse to blow. Spent $148.50 to repair their mistake. Contacted Eric about reimbursement, no response. Sent again, no response.
Also, Eric promised $1300 in rebates. After receiving my last check, almost 11 months after the system was installed, rebates came to $675. Turns out, Eric did not file the rebate with Bryant when he told me. Once again, totally unprofessional.
Also, good luck, getting Eric on his cell as the voice mail is usually full. Total unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
