First off,you need to find a mechanic that knows what he is doing.
You charged me over 700.00 to fix my car,and nothing was fixed.
I tried calling you three times and no answer.
I came back with my car and you stated on the paperwork, the same thing that was stated the first time.
Then you said I needed spark plugs ( which would cost me another $400.00).
Since I didn't accept the work to be done, you charged me another $75.00.
Your paperwork stated that there was a warranty of 24 months or 24000 miles.
I feel I have the right to get back the $75.00 and the $400.00 for labor.
If I haven't received $475.00 by Monday Oct.3rd 2016 in the mail,I will have no other choice that to call the Better business bureau and the Attorney Generals office.
I will post my experience on the internet also.
Do not call me.
By the way,I did have it fixed and it was the knock sensor.
