I thought the whole facility and staff were welcoming. Renu does not mess around pricking daintily at your teeth and gums. She explores every square inch and cleans it wonderfully--even throws in a laugh or two. Courtney, the office receptionist is personable and helpful. If you are on certain Medicare plans she actually fills the whole form out for you to send in for reimbursement. Kaitlin is kind and attentive, ready to offer any assistance a client needs. I didn't have a chance to meet Dr. Simpkins, but Dr. Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly, and careful to explain everything without adding procedures that are not necessary in order to pad the bill. I'm on a fixed income and the teeth cleaning and crown will more than exhaust what I get from Medicare/Aetna, but these are market prices and are not considered exorbitant. You really cannot go wrong by becoming part this place that improves everything about your valuable teeth.
